We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about human resources and understand HR practices and tools. This role will involve managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HR or a related role.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary

  • N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
