Job Description

• The Customer Fulfillment Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless order fulfillment for our company.
• This position is responsible for managing the complete order-to-delivery process, from receiving customer orders to coordinating with production, logistics, and store teams to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a customer fulfillment/service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
