Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in the digital marketing industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create effective business strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to showcase company services to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives.
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 (Net)
