Job Overview

• Are you a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Construction Foreman and lead our construction projects to success.
• This is a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a significant impact in the construction industry.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
• Provide guidance and support to construction workers
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Resolve any issues that may arise during construction
• Ensure projects meet all building codes and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND / OND qualification
• 3-5 Previous experience in a supervisory role in construction
• Strong understanding of construction procedures and project management
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Proficiency in construction software and technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• First aid and CPR certification
• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Thorough understanding of construction processes and methodologies
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
