Job Summary

  • We seek an experienced Senior Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop compelling proposals and pitches, bids and tenders to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Industry knowledge and network.
