We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Kuje, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the activities of the sales team, ensuring the effective execution of marketing activities, including product activation.
  • Recruit, train, retain, and manage a team of at least 4 competent Unit Managers, 20 active Real Estate Advisors, with a total of 84 persons in the Agency.
  • Set and monitor performance targets for Unit Managers, ensuring the attainment of their individual goals.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop and implement sales initiatives, activities, and strategies necessary to achieve the annual sales target.
  • Drive the team to exceed monthly and annual sales targets, actively participating in sales activities and presenting sales tools to clients.
  • Develop and execute plans to enhance brand visibility in the market.
  • Identify current and future market trends that may impact organizational performance.
  • Possess and impart a deep knowledge of the product offering and value proposition to team members.

Performance Evaluation and Improvement:

  • Regularly evaluate team performance, seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, sales activities, and the active clientele bases.
  • Submit monthly reports to the Regional Manager detailing team performance and achievements.

Professional Representation:

  • Adhere to organizational policies and regulations affecting the Sales department and the organization at large.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets, leading by example.
  • Attend tradeshows and other marketing events with the team, representing the organization effectively.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
