Job Title: Spa Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate schedules, and appointment bookings, and manage changes to ensure smooth operations and optimal client service.
• Prepare detailed reports on spa performance, including financial data, client feedback, and staff performance.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Minimum of 5 years experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
