We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Stockbroker, AA

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Managing Director
  • Trading: Execute trades on behalf of clients and for the company in accordance with extant regulations.
  • Portfolio Management: participate in the management of proprietary portfolios and other portfolios in accordance with the approved template and also in line with agreements reached with the clients
  • Client Advisory: Provide clients with quality and well-researched investment advice based on market trends and financial reports.
  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial statements, market data, and reports to guide investment decisions.
  • Networking: Identify and attract potential clients by building a robust network within the industry.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay informed on the latest financial news, stock market trends, and regulatory changes to provide the most up-to-date advice.
  • Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to him by the Managing Director from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or in any numerate course.
  • Be a Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange
  • Registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission
  • Have at least two years trading experience and the minimum 5 years’ work experience in a reputable as a Stockbroking firm or investment house
  • Experience in financial analysis, trading and investment management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets, instruments and regulations
  • Proven track record of successful trades and investments.

Salary
N300,000 - N700,000 / month.
