Job Title: HR Manager (FMM & RollPay)

Overview

• The HR Manager will lead the HR function for both FMM and RollPay, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
• This role ensures that both companies attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs to support growth and career progression.
• Maintain and update HR systems and records, ensuring accurate tracking of employee data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in tech or entertainment industries.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven track record of managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HR software and tools.
