Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on critical mechanical equipment in offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain rotating and static mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, and turbines.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Assist in the commissioning, startup, and shutdown of mechanical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Follow all safety regulations and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in mechanical maintenance, preferably offshore.
Certifications:
- Offshore safety certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET).
- Specialized training in mechanical systems maintenance.
