Job Summary

• As our finance and fundraising manager, you will be responsible for leading financial strategy, fundraising efforts, and resource management for our organization.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, exceptional networking skills, and a proven track record in securing funding from diverse sources.
• This role is pivotal in ensuring financial sustainability while supporting the organization’s growth and impact goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative financial strategies to secure funding for our growth initiatives.
• Identify and engage with potential investors, venture capitalists, and financial institutions.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing funders and stakeholders.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead due diligence processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Design sustainable financial models for our projects and business lines.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team on capital allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience; candidates with exceptional achievements in less time will also be considered.
