Job Summary

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize the profitability of the company’s operations, including petrol filling stations, LPG plants, and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence.
• Oversee pricing strategies and manage profitability metrics.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Analyse market trends and consumer data to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with commercial goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial management roles, preferably in the petroleum or retail industry.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
