Job Title: Delivery Driver

Location: Benin, Edo

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced and reliable Delivery Driver with knowledge of the Benin area.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering company products to clients, vehicle maintenance, and route planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver products to clients in a safe and timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, accuracy of charges, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing complaints from clients.
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow established time schedules.
• Comply with all transportation laws while maintaining a safe driving record.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Prepare reports and other documents related to deliveries.

Key Requirements

• Willingness to adhere to schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Benin routes
• Minimum Qualification: SSCE / GCE / NECO
• 3-5 years of delivery driving experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is a PLUS.
