Role summary

• We seek to hire a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join their dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination of logistics and security measures, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily maritime logistics and security operations.
• Monitor and manage operational workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to address operational needs and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with maritime security protocols and company policies.
• Generate reports, analyze operational data, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of all operations-related activities.
• Support the planning and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using operational tools and technology.
• Familiarity with maritime logistics or security will be an advantage.

Salary
N150,000 Net (Inclusive of Benefits).
