Job Title: HR Learning Consultant

Main Funtions

  • Partner with leadership and HR teams to assess learning needs and align them with organizational goals. 
  • Develop and implement a learning strategy that supports workforce development and drives business success. 
  • Ensure L&D initiatives align with key organizational objectives such as performance improvement, leadership development, and succession planning. 
  • Design and develop customized training programs, workshops, and learning materials to meet the specific needs of the organization. 
  • Utilize a variety of training delivery methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning formats, to maximize engagement and effectiveness. 
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops, providing interactive and impactful learning experiences that drive employee development. 
  • Offer coaching and mentoring to employees, enhancing their skills and supporting their professional growth. 
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in employee skills and competencies, ensuring continuous development. 
  • Evaluate the impact of L&D programs on employee performance, engagement, and business outcomes, reporting on effectiveness and suggesting optimizations. 
  • Work closely with HR teams, department heads, and senior leaders to ensure L&D initiatives meet departmental needs and organizational goals. 
  • Build relationships with external training providers, consultants, and industry experts to enhance internal capabilities and deliver cutting-edge solutions. 
  • Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to deliver, track, and measure training programs effectively. 
  • Actively promote JR Academy and assist in its setup, ensuring it becomes a cornerstone of the organization's learning and development efforts. 
  • Keep up with the latest trends in learning technologies and incorporate them into the learning strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
