Job Description

• In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, deliver tailored HR solutions, and provide outsourced recruitment services to our clients.
• You will play a key role in shaping talent acquisition strategies and ensuring clients get the best workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection
• Use various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews, providing feedback to both clients and candidates
• Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and employment terms to secure top talent
• Provide HR outsourcing services such as workforce planning, talent pool management, and staffing solutions
• Design and implement customized recruitment strategies for clients in various industries
• Handle staffing needs across temporary, contract, and permanent positions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
• Conduct talent mapping, competitor analysis, and proactively source passive candidates
• Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make improvements
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative recruitment and outsourcing solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Certification in CIPM, SHRM, or SHRP is mandatory
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR outsourcing services
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage recruitment cycles and deliver customized HR solutions
• Experience in a sales-oriented environment is a plus
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, systems, and outsourcing processes.
