Job Title: Production Technician - Molding Unit (UAV)

Job Description

• The Molding Unit in UAV production is responsible for the fabrication of parts through molding processes, typically using materials like plastics, resins, or composites.
• This unit ensures that components such as fuselages, wings, or other structural elements are created with precision and consistency, meeting the design and performance specifications of the UAV.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and align molds for UAV component manufacturing.
• Prepare raw materials and monitor inventory for molding processes.
• Operate and adjust molding machines for optimalInspect and test molded parts to meet quality standards.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain production records and prepare performance reports.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers and teams to meet production goals.
• Implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manufacture specialized UAV components to meetoperational standards.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
