Job Title: Technician – Assembly Unit

Location: Kuje, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• The Assembly Unit in UAV production is responsible for the final assembly of all components, ensuring that individual parts and systems are integrated into a fully operational UAV.
• This unit focuses on bringing together various mechanical, electrical, and structural elements, assembling them in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble UAV parts and systems with precision and adherence to specifications.
• Inspect components for defects or alignment issues before and during assembly.
• Install wiring, connectors, and circuits for system integration.
• Use tools and equipment to perform assembly tasks efficiently and safely.
• Conduct pre- and post-assembly tests to ensure functionality and quality
• Identify and resolve assembly-related issues during production.
• Maintain tools and assembly equipment for optimal performance.
• Record assembly processes, configurations, and any deviations.
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards in all assembly tasks.
• Coordinate with other units to streamline the assembly process and meet production targets.
