Role Overview

• The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) will drive the financial health and strategic growth of the organization.
• The role includes overseeing financial operations, managing risks, and leading strategic initiatives to ensure profitability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage financial aspects of major projects, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the organization.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain governance standards.
• Optimize cash flow and resource allocation to support growth initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis to guide decision-making and investments.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's and Master's in Finance / Accounting
• Certification: ACA, ACCA, or CFA required.
• Experience: 10 - 15 years in senior financial leadership roles.

Skills:

• Strong financial modeling and ERP system proficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
• High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Salary
N1,000,000 net per month.
