Job Title: Quality Controller

Location: Bodija, Ibadan - Oyo

Job Description

• We are looking for a responsible quality Control manager who will be in charge of all the affairs of the restaurant.
• You will work on one to one basic on variety of tasks related to manager working life and communication.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day activity of the restaurant
• Ensure all occupant abide by the restaurant policy
• Handling of reports
• Monitoring food handling, storage and preparation
• Verifying that dishes are prepared according to recipes and preparation standards
• Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients received from suppliers
• Overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and dinning areas.
• Maintain a clean, organize, safe working environment.
• Collaborate with chefs and management to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
• Ensuring the restaurant meets food safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• HND/B.sc in hospitality management
• 3-5 years working experience
• Knowledge of restaurant management system and procedures
• Ability to multitask.
