REPTON Group is a company registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission to carry out business in general commerce, distribution, haulage, agriculture and allied services. We are major Lafarge, Dangote, and Bua cement distributors across Nigeria. We distribute products across the 36 states of the Federation including FCT Abuja.

In addition, we haul products from the factories in Obajana, Kogi State, Gboko, Benue State, Ibese, Ogun State and numerous distribution and sales depots. We also operate own strategic depots across the country with a goal to make the products available to Project sites and end user locations. We are long standing Lafarge Cement & Dangote Cement Distributor respectively. Thus, we are very familiar with both the industry and the markets.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fleet Officer

Location: Ewekoro, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all fleet vehicles.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly registered, insured, and licensed.
  • Coordinate regular maintenance, repairs, and servicing of vehicles.
  • Allocate vehicles to authorized drivers and ensure proper usage.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
  • Ensure all vehicles comply with regulatory requirements, such as licensing, insurance, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and roadworthiness.
  • Manage and monitor driver performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct driver training and orientation programs.
  • Manage and control fleet-related expenses, such as fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit regular fleet management reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet vehicles, drivers, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • HND or BSc in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
