REPTON Group is a company registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission to carry out business in general commerce, distribution, haulage, agriculture and allied services. We are major Lafarge, Dangote, and Bua cement distributors across Nigeria. We distribute products across the 36 states of the Federation including FCT Abuja. In addition, we haul products from the factories in Obajana, Kogi State, Gboko, Benue State, Ibese, Ogun State and numerous distribution and sales depots. We also operate own strategic depots across the country with a goal to make the products available to Project sites and end user locations. We are long standing Lafarge Cement & Dangote Cement Distributor respectively. Thus, we are very familiar with both the industry and the markets.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Ewekoro, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Implement and maintain inventory management systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including reporting and documenting findings.
  • Prepare and submit regular inventory reports, including stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and improve warehouse efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and organized working environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, practices, and software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
