Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Preform Machine Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of Milacron machines in our manufacturing facility located on Ibadan Expressway, near Shagamu / Ogere.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of machine operators to ensure efficient production and meet quality standards.
• Operate and maintain Milacron machines, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.en
• Provide training and guidance to machine operators to improve performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to schedule and perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising machine operators and operating Milacron machines.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and machine maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
