Job Description
- Our client is seeking a Sales Hunter in Abuja, Nigeria, to play a critical role in expanding their customer base.
- This role requires a motivated, results-driven individual with a strong sales background in fintech or financial services, focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities in Abuja and surrounding areas.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate untapped markets.
- Use various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and potential clients in the region.
- Engage prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within Abuja’s business community.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demos.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals effectively.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on messaging and ensure solutions are tailored to client needs.
- Share market insights and client feedback to support product development.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales within fintech or financial services, preferably in the Abuja market.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and consistently meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to articulate complex fintech solutions.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, hunter mentality.
- Resilient and persistent, with strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel within Abuja and occasionally to other locations.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
