Job Title: Solar Sales Executive

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative with 1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally from sectors like building and construction materials, electronics and gadget sales, air conditioners, or solar products.
  • This role will focus on driving sales, engaging customers, and supporting the growth of Solapro energy.
  • The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organized individual who can effectively identify sales opportunities and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through assigned channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed on the features and benefits of Simba Solar products to effectively communicate value to potential customers.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads through channel sales and corporate sales (C&I), converting leads into clients within a short timeframe.
  • Market Research: Conduct targeted research to identify potential customers in semi-urban areas, particularly in kanoand off-grid regions.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Assess customer requirements, collect relevant information, and recommend suitable solar solutions aligned with their needs and budget.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using Excel.
  • Product Demonstrations: Participate in product demos and customer meetings, showcasing product features and applications.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and support overall team objectives.
