- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to fibre optic connections, including signal loss, cable damage, and connectivity problems.
- Testing: Use specialized tools and equipment to test the integrity and performance of fibre optic cables and connections.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Customer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their fibre services are functioning correctly.
