Job Summary

About the Role

  • As the Operations/Facility Officer, you will be at the core of our lounge’s day-to-day activities, ensuring that all operational and facility management aspects are executed with precision.
  • Your role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence and delivering seamless services that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Facility Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of all areas, ensuring the lounge remains pristine and inviting.
  • Supervise routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely repairs and quality service delivery.
  • Implement effective energy and resource management practices to optimize costs and sustainability.

Operations Management:

  • Ensure the lounge operates efficiently by managing schedules, staffing, and resources.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of equipment, supplies, and consumables, ensuring availability and quality at all times.
  • Enforce adherence to safety, health, and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
  • Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures for streamlined processes.

Client Experience & Support:

  • Act as the first point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and create solutions that enhance their overall experience.
  • Ensure all recreational and lounge facilities are set up and maintained to meet guest expectations.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Maintain detailed logs and reports on operational efficiency, facility status, and guest feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations, liaising with relevant authorities when required.
  • Provide timely updates and recommendations to management to support decision-making.

Requirements
We are looking for an individual who embodies professionalism, versatility, and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in operations or facility management, preferably in a high-end hospitality, recreational, or lifestyle setting.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in facility management systems and operational tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse clients and team members.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
