Job Summary

• As a Business Development Executive at Excel and Grace Consulting, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing innovative strategies to meet our firm’s growth objectives.
• Your focus will be on expanding our client base across industries, driving revenue, and enhancing the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends. Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business and HR consulting requirements.
• Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with the firm’s objectives. Identify key growth areas and opportunities for the company’s services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships. Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Sales and Revenue Generation: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the consulting team, marketing team, social media management team, and other necessary teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance the firm’s visibility and brand awareness.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports on business development activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize business development strategies.
• Ad hoc responsibilities assigned by top management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in a consulting, professional services, or similar industry.
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing clients.
• Strong understanding of the consulting industry and its key players.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a specific consulting domain (e.g., management, IT, strategy, HR, etc.).
• Established network within relevant industries.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.

N150,000 per month.
