Overview

• This role is critical to the effective administration and growth of the institute, providing strategic leadership and ensuring operational excellence.

Job Description

• Oversee the institute's administrative operations, ensuring alignment with its mission and strategic goals.
• Serve as the custodian of the institute's records and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
• Manage board meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on decisions.
• Supervise the implementation of policies, membership activities, and examination processes.
• Represent the institute in high-level engagements with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Skill Set Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with governance processes, policy development, and institutional management.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields; a Master’s Degree or professional certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
