Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Diagnose and repair machinery and infrastructure issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
Profile
- Educational Requirement: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical fields.
- Experience: 2+ years in maintenance roles.
Skills:
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of farm equipment and tools.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols.
- Reports: Maintenance logs, incident reports, and equipment inspection summaries.
KPIs:
- Downtime reduction rate for equipment.
- Number of preventive maintenance tasks completed.
- Compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
