Eastern Plains Integrated Farms Limited is an integrated Farm situated in Igbariam, Anambra state. We are presently focused on poultry production but have plans in place to expand into other areas of Agriculture.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Igbariam, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee training.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and leave requests.
• Address employee grievances and promote workplace harmony.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR reports.

Profile

• Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
• Experience: 2+ years in HR operations.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR policies.
• Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Reports:

• Employee onboarding/offboarding reports, leave and attendance reports, and monthly HR activity summaries.

KPIs:

• Employee onboarding satisfaction score.
• Compliance with labor regulations.
• Time to fill job vacancies.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
