Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing efforts for our exclusive furniture brand, comparable to Novena, VAVA, Vento, Beesline, and Soxo Exclusive.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and executing high-impact marketing strategies, driving sales growth, and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals.
• This role combines leadership, creativity, and strategic planning to position the brand as a market leader in the luxury furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales of the company’s exclusive furniture products.
• Lead and mentor the marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target markets, and opportunities for growth within the furniture, construction, and interior design sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, designers, and industry influencers to drive business development.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content to engage and attract the target audience effectively.
• Manage the company’s presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to align marketing initiatives with product development and sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the luxury furniture, interior design, or construction industries.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to network and build relationships.
• Experience working with commission-based sales teams and aligning marketing efforts to maximize sales outcomes.

Compensation

• Salary: N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
• This position offers a competitive base salary with a performance-based incentive structure, including bonuses tied to sales and marketing success
