Description 

• Guest Greeting: Warmly welcome guests as they arrive and make them feel comfortable.
• Seating Management: Guide guests to their assigned tables and ensure they are seated in a timely manner. Monitor the flow of guests to ensure efficient seating without long waits.
• Reservation Management: Manage the reservation system, ensure accurate bookings, and adjust seating plans based on guest needs or changes.
• Waiting List Management: Keep track of wait times and provide accurate updates to guests waiting for a table.
• Customer Service: Respond to guest inquiries, provide information about the menu and specials, and address any guest concerns or special requests.
• Coordination: Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure that guest seating and service flow smoothly.
• Phone and Email Communications: Answer phone calls, take reservations, and handle general inquiries.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the host stand and entrance area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Upselling: Suggest specials, promotions, or features to enhance the guest experience when appropriate.
• Support Team: Assist waitstaff and management with other duties, such as delivering menus, helping with setup, or coordinating special events.
• Provide Assistance to Guests with Special Needs: Accommodate guests who may require extra assistance, such as those with disabilities or large parties.
