The Federal Polytechnic, Kaltungo is a Nigeria federal government-owned higher institution located in Kaltungo, a local government area in Gombe State, North-Eastern Nigeria and one of the eight newly established Polytechnics in Nigeria.

Requirements
- Doctorate Degree in relevant discipline with at least 6 years' teaching / research or industrial work expe rience plus three journals and four conference/seminar papers. Or Masters Degree with at least 9 years' teaching / research or industrial work experience
- Such a candidate must have published a total of three conference/seminar papers, three journal articles accepted for publication, or contribution of two chapters in a standard text book(s) not beyond 2021
- At least a substantive Lecturer I who spent a year or more on that grade level from a Polytechnic or similar TVET institution
- Registration with professional Body.
