Requirements
- A candidate possessing a Master's Degree in Library Science with at least twelve years of teaching/research or industrial work experience must have published a total of three conference/seminar papers, three journal articles accepted for publication, or contributed two chapters in a standard textbook.
- A candidate possessing a Doctorate Degree in Library Science with at least nine years of teaching/research or industrial work experience must have published three journal articles and four conference/seminar papers.
- Membership in a relevant professional body is mandatory.
