Requirements
- Doctorate Degree in relevant discipline with at least 6 years teaching / research or industrial work experience plus three journals and four conference/seminar papers. Or Master's Degree with at least 9 years teaching / research or industrial work experience
- Such a candidate must have published a total of three conference/seminar papers, three journal articles accepted for publication, or contribution of two chapters in a standard text book(s) not beyond 2021
- At least a substantive Lecturer I who spent a year or more on that grade level from a Polytechnic or similar TVET institution
- Registration with professional Body.
