Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Midwife to join our healthcare team.
• The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing personalized care to women during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to patients.
• Conduct physical exams and health assessments for pregnant women.
• Assist and manage normal deliveries and provide emergency care as needed.
• Educate patients on childbirth preparation, newborn care, and breastfeeding.
• Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals when complications arise.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Diploma or Degree in Midwifery from an accredited institution with 0-10 years work experience.
• Must have current licenses as Registered Midwife (RM) by Nigerian Nursing Council.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and professionalism.
