Location: Festac, Amuwo Odofin - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Job Description

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced In-House Counsel (Legal Associate) to join our team in the manufacturing sector.
• The ideal candidate will bring strong legal expertise and a solid understanding of international trade regulations to support our export and project management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and support for corporate operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Oversee export processes, customs procedures, and logistics to align with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct detailed market research to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to drive business goals.
• Develop solutions for legal challenges and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Maintain excellent organizational and time management to support project execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• 2-5 years of post-call experience in corporate law.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Proven knowledge of export regulations and project management.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Compensation
Salary range: N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
