Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Retail Marketing.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives tailored to the insurance market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the firm's insurance products.
• Plan and manage retail campaigns, both online and offline, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with product teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
