Job Title: Regional Manager
Locations: Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Kano
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the company’s long and short term revenue growth strategies at the region.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the branches under the region to ensure positive contributions to the bottom-line
- Advise management on key planning issues and make important business decisions
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidates must possess minimum of Bachelor’s degree/HND or its equivalent
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Candidates must possess strong analytical and IT skills
- Be self-driven, detailed and result oriented
- Candidates must be able to conduct meetings and presentation skillfully
- Candidates must have at least 10 years’ experience in the marketing of financial products preferably in the banking or insurance industry.
