Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Marketer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales and building strong customer relationships over the phone.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Provide detailed information about products and services.
• Answer customer questions and handle objections effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and prospects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telesales Marketer or similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
