Guest House Cook at Lord Build Guest House

Lord Build Guest House is an extension of Lord Build Camp Ministry. The guest house provides accommodation to members of the Camp whenever we conduct our monthly event. Also, it provides room accommodation to walk-in guests aside from the Camp members.

We have committed team members who are actively devoting their time to excellent customer service. We also offer restaurant services ranging from local to continental dishes.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Guest House Cook

Job Description

• The cook will be responsible for preparing delicious and nutritious meals according to menu specifications.
• The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of various culinary techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and work area.
• Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cook with certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, frying, boiling, etc.).
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
