Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Officer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and a solid understanding of HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth integration into the company.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
• CIPM will be added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
