Role Overview
- The Business Development Head will drive the growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 - 4 years of experience in business development or sales leadership
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets.
Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
