We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Merchandiser

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lekki - Lagos

Responsibilities
Product Merchandising:

• Arrange and display products in a visually appealing manner to boost sales.
• Ensure products are well-stocked, priced correctly, and placed in appropriate shelves or sections.

Customer Service:

• Engage with customers, answer queries, and assist in product selection.
• Provide information about promotions and discounts to customers.

Sales and Promotion:

• Promote products to drive sales and achieve set targets.
• Suggest up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to customers.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages.
• Coordinate with the store manager to restock items as needed.

Store Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned display areas.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and standards.

Key Attributes

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in any relevant discipline.
• Must reside close to the specified store location for convenience and prompt attendance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in sales, merchandising, or related fields is an advantage.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 / Month.
