Rumi Properties - We are presently marketing various expanse of land at Ibeju- Lekki LGA that will be developed into Estates. Our land documents Governors Consent, C of O. etc Our Marketing Team is made up of several Independent Business Development Executives who are diligently developing their individual businesses with a strong support system put in place by the company to guarantee results.

Job Description

Job Duties
  • Will be responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining the company’s brand to generate business.
  • Will be charged with developing strategies and executing tactics that communicate the company's brand message.
  • To work with agents, vendors, lawyers and members of the press to establish a high profile for the business.
  • As head of the marketing department, the Manager oversees all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy, these includes design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads and direct response plus radio and television spots needed for broadcast campaigns.
  • To manage press relations, speaking engagements, special events and community outreach activities so as need to keep the brand in front of the target audience.
  • To supervise a staff of professionals and serves as an internal consultant to any business units within the corporation.
  • To stay informed about marketing trends and monitoring industry changes so as to help you maintain the firm's competitiveness.
  • To also attend client presentations and help prepare request for proposals.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing is required, but having a Master's in marketing or an MBA gives applicants an edge.
  • Minimum of at least 2 to 3 years of marketing experience Land Sale Marketing and management is required, should also have some real estate background or exposure to construction development.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment, and often under several supervisors.
  • Strong marketing acumen is needed.
  • Well organized with strong customer-service, writing and presentation skills.
  • Should have technical proficiency in a variety of software programs, including those integral to desktop publishing and website maintenance.
  • Have the ability to lead the marketing team and work with vendors round out the skills necessary for the position.
