Job Summary
- Coordinate learning and development programs for offshore platform personnel.
- Responsible for overseeing on-the-job training initiatives and educational workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training schedules and programs.
- Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness and personnel performance.
- Maintain training records and documentation.
Required Skills
- Experience in learning and development or training coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
