Job Title: Craft Trainer
Location: Rivers
Job Summary
- Develop and deliver training programs for craftspeople on the offshore platform.
- Responsible for ensuring that staff have the necessary skills to operate safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess training needs and develop curriculum for craft training.
- Deliver in-person and online training sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain records of training completion and participant progress.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in the relevant craft field.
- Proven training and instructional abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
