Job Summary

• We're looking for an HR Executive to support our organization's strategic objectives by managing HR operations, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities
Support the HR Manager to:

• Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, employee onboarding and Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management systems.
• Foster positive employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance.
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate employee development programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with management to address organizational development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Humanities or Business-related field
• Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office
• minimum of 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in same Business sector
• Professional HR certifications desired
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 monthly.
