Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Officer at First Cardiology Consultants in Lagos.
• The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for managing client relations, providing customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to address customer needs on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Support abilities
• NYSC discharged certificate
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Proven track record in Customer Satisfaction and Client Relations
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
